I am recruiting on behalf of a client who is looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join a friendly, established small animal practice in the West Midlands, where high-quality patient care and team wellbeing go hand in hand.
🩺 The Role
- 💷 Salary: £40,000–£65,000 DOE, with flexibility for the right candidate
- 📅 4-day working week for full-time vets
- ⏰ Full-time and part-time applications welcome
- 🔄 Flexible working arrangements considered
- 🌙 No out-of-hours work
- 🐶 Saturday mornings on a rota basis, currently 1 in 4
- 🎓 Enhanced remuneration may be available for additional qualifications or specialist interests
