The Role & Duties:
As the Lead Veterinarian, you will manage the clinic’s clinical operations to ensure the highest quality of veterinary care, exceptional client service, and high levels of associate engagement. You will partner closely with the Practice Manager to foster a productive medical team and a safe, engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pet Advocacy: Act as a primary advocate for pets and their quality of life, contributing directly to the development of the human-pet bond.
- Clinical Excellence: Maintain your own caseload while ensuring the wider medical team meets all clinical competencies and productivity goals.
- Client Education: Build long-term bonding relationships with clients and lead the team in educating pet owners on all aspects of pet health.
- Business Performance: Collaborate with management to improve both the medical quality and the overall business performance of the clinic.
- Mentorship: Actively coach and develop associate doctors to reach their full professional potential.

You will be based at a premier, well-equipped facility in Singapore. The practice is supported by a highly skilled nursing and administrative team, allowing you to focus on high-level leadership. Benefits:
- Base Salary: $132,000 – $156,000 SGD per annum (commensurate with experience).
- Housing Allowance: $1,000 SGD per month.

About You:
They are looking for a self-motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong sense of urgency regarding patient care and practice standards.
Requirements:
- Education: DVM/VMD or equivalent veterinary degree registrable in Singapore.
- Clinical Experience: A minimum of 8 years of clinical experience is required.
- Leadership Experience: 3–5 years in a leadership role, with at least 1–3 years specifically focused on coaching and developing associate doctors.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.
- Operational Mindset: Capable of multi-tasking and responding effectively to ad-hoc requests while maintaining high attention to detail.
