Are you an experienced veterinary surgeon with a passion for Emergency and Critical Care?
Would you love to work in a cutting-edge hospital environment with no sole charge and no night shifts, alongside a supportive and highly skilled clinical team?
Our client has an exciting opportunity to join their exceptional ECC team in Glamorgan. This team are expanding services to continue delivering seamless 24/7 emergency care and referral support.
You will be working alongside a highly supportive team of ECC Vets, RVNs, ACAs and receptionists. There is also the dedicated permanent night team providing exceptional care and support.
The successful candidate will be part of a progressive, multi-disciplinary hospital environment that encourages collaboration between the ECC and first opinion teams and are passionate about clinical excellence whilst giving this team the tools and freedom to pursue their veterinary interests.
Facilities include
- 24/7 inpatient care with ECC-specific wards
- CT scanner
- Advanced ultrasonography
- Endosurgery suite
- Full in-house lab including TEG, blood gases, etc.
- Dedicated soft tissue, orthopaedic, and exotic theatres
- Dental suite
- On-site hydrotherapy and physiotherapy services
This is a permanent role working 35.1 hours a week with a Rolling rota: 4 days on, 4 days off, 4 twilight shifts, 4 days off, etc.
This role offers a salary up to £70,000 DOE and a range of benefits including
