The Leadership Impact: Beyond Routine
This role is about influence. You will provide high-quality surgical and medical care while directly impacting the growth and efficiency of the team.
- CLINICAL MENTORSHIP: Coach and develop VNs and SVNs, ensuring effective use of Schedule 3 skills and expertise.
- CLINICAL DRIVING: You will implement a progressive clinical culture and share best practices across the team.
- WELL-ROUNDED ROLE: Enjoy a balanced mix of consulting and complex operating duties in a facility equipped with two operating theatres, advanced imaging, dental X-ray, and laser.
- TEAM ENVIRONMENT: Work closely with a small, close-knit team of Vets, RVNs, SVNs, and Receptionists.
- PRIME LOCATION: Based in a beautiful market town—offering easy access to the coast, countryside, and Cardiff city centre.
The Investment: Benefits Designed for You
Our client's package focuses entirely on your long-term health and professional fulfilment:
- SALARY: £60,000 to £75,000 per year
- WORK-LIFE BALANCE: 40 hours per week + Only 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (9 AM – 1 PM).
- TIME OFF: 5 Weeks Annual Leave (+ Bank Holidays), rising to 6 weeks with service, plus an extra paid day for personal use.
