My client is currently looking for a Clinical Director at their Gloucestershire practice. They need an experienced Small Animal Vet who is passionate about working with people and their pets, and should be able to lead a friendly team in a rural practice. The practice is at the start of an exciting project, as it has secured a beautiful premises where a purpose-built practice with all the modern facilities will be created.
An ideal candidate would be an experienced Small Animal Vet who has worked in first-opinion practice. You will need to have a passion for working with people and their pets, and should have the ability to lead a friendly team in a rural practice. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
