Independent RCVS Accredited Small Practice in Gloucestershire is seeking an experienced small animal vet to lead one of the branch sites. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career with full support of an organised management team. The vet team is led by a PG Cert holder in Surgery and Radiology, plus 4 full time vets plus a Senior Vet dedicated to practice development. Together, the team covers a wide range of interests including surgery, medicine, and imaging. The role will involve 4 days a week (8.30am -7pm) with 1 in 5 Saturdays at the main site with a day off in lieu. The ideal candidate will be confident with routine surgeries and medical cases, happy working sole charge as well as part of a thriving team and keen to contribute to the growth of an independent practice with a loyal client base.
