An exciting opportunity for an experienced Night Vet to join a progressive and dedicated out-of-hours team at a large, RCVS-accredited small animal hospital on the edge of the Cotswolds. With excellent motorway access to the South West, London and the North, this is a role that offers both clinical challenge and a great quality of life.
The practice
- Large, RCVS-accredited small animal hospital and emergency services clinic in Gloucestershire
- Recently refurbished with state-of-the-art facilities including 4 theatres, CT, laparoscopic equipment, rigid and flexible endoscopy, and advanced ultrasound
- Varied and challenging caseload supporting numerous practices across the county
- Supported by a team of 20 small animal day vets including various certificate holders
- Local accommodation available
The role
- Lead a dedicated night nursing team across all emergency medical and surgical cases
- Work a 7 nights on, 14 off rota (Monday to Sunday)
- Handle a varied and rewarding emergency caseload with strong team support
- Bring a confident, thorough approach to emergency medicine and surgery
- Holiday to be taken during non-working time
