Lead Veterinary Surgeon – Full Time – Greater London
A modern, well-established veterinary clinic in Greater London is seeking a confident and experienced Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a well-rounded first-opinion vet looking to take on a leadership role while continuing to develop their interests.
About the Role:
This is a permanent, full-time position offering 40 hours per week. The role includes either 1 in 6 full weekends at a nearby 24-hour hospital or 1 in 3 Saturdays, offering flexibility to suit individual preferences.
This role is suited to a vet who is confident in general surgery and consulting.
The practice has a loyal and engaged client base, with plenty of opportunity to work up cases thoroughly in-house.
As Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you will play a key part in shaping the direction of the practice, mentoring junior colleagues, and ensuring high standards of care are consistently delivered.

Well-equipped with digital X-ray, dental X-ray, gold-standard dental suite, ultrasound, and in-house laboratory
Class 4 laser therapy service and orthopaedic theatre for soft tissue and orthopaedic procedures
Located in a vibrant, central area of London with excellent transport links (short walk from multiple London Underground stations)
