An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to step into a leadership position within a modern, well-equipped small animal practice in Greater London. The Practice

• The practice is equipped to provide a high standard of first-opinion veterinary care and offers:
• Digital radiography
• Dental facilities
• In-house laboratory diagnostics
• Dedicated consultation and treatment areas
• A varied and rewarding caseload
• The Lead Veterinary Surgeon will work alongside an experienced and supportive team, contributing to the decision-making of the practice and fostering a positive team culture.

The practice benefits from close collaboration with a nearby 24-hour veterinary hospital, providing access to advanced diagnostics and specialist expertise, including:

• MRI and CT imaging
• Endoscopy and arthroscopy

Work-Life Balance

This full-time position offers a 40-hour working week with a shared weekend rota:

• 1 in 3 Saturdays, or
• 1 in 6 full weekends at a nearby 24-hour hospital
• All out-of-hours care is managed by the hospital team, allowing the Lead Veterinary Surgeon to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
