Our client is looking to recruit a Clinical Director to join their team in Greater Manchester.
You will be responsible for the overall leadership of the practice and will work to drive forward clinical services, commercial performance, and team development. You will be responsible for line managing the Lead Vets and senior leadership team at the practice and you will have dedicated leadership time built into your working week. Your clinical work will have a mixture of in-patient care time, surgery and consultations, and you will have the opportunity for case continuity.
You might be an experienced vet ready to take the next step into leadership or an established Lead Vet or Clinical Director looking for a new challenge.
The practice is purpose-built, modern practice with space to develop and expand further. They are well equipped with 7 consult rooms, digital x-ray, ultrasound machine, in-house lab, ECG, Dental x-ray, Physiotherapist led Hydrotherapy tank and more.
They have a dedicated team of 21 Vet Surgeons and 22 Veterinary Nurses as well as a great front of house team. In the Vet team they have medicine, ECC and exotics certificate holders, and welcome all professional interests.
