We are seeking a friendly, dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established independent small animal practice in Greater Manchester. This is a part time permanent position, offering excellent flexibility, a supportive team environment and a strong focus on work-life balance, with potential for additional holiday cover if desired.
About the Practice
This is a genuinely independent, client-focused small animal practice with no corporate ties. The team prides itself on continuity of care and building long-term relationships with clients and patients in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.
You will be supported by an experienced nursing and support team and have access to modern, well-maintained equipment including digital x-ray, dental x-ray, ultrasound and a full in-house laboratory.
The Role
• Part time permanent position (days and hours negotiable)
• No out-of-hours work
• No weekends
• Small animal caseload only

About You
• MRCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
• Confident with routine consultations and general surgery
• Comfortable with diagnostic workups
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Happy working independently while being part of a close-knit, supportive team
