Our client has a rare and unique opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon to enjoy a work-life balance like no other in the veterinary profession.
This is a permanent part time role working 23 hours a week over 3 days a week and working only 1 bank holiday a year.
This rota provides the impact of a full-time role with the flexibility and balance of part-time hours—ideal for vets who want to focus on clinical growth and personal wellbeing.
This practice also offers a high vet-to-nurse ratio, laparoscopic spays, orthopaedics, and varied caseloads as well as working alongside a certificate holder, engaged Branch Partner (with a strong interest in internal medicine), and proactive Practice Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality clinical care to patients
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients
- Create accurate treatment plans with transparent cost estimates
- Uphold clinical and regulatory compliance
- Mentor and support the team to maximise effectiveness
- Coordinate handover and referral where needed
