Are you a driven and experienced Veterinary Surgeon ready to take that next step into leadership?
This established small animal practice is looking for a Clinical Director to lead from the front — shaping clinical standards, developing the team, and influencing the future direction of the practice.
You’ll be supported by a talented and collaborative team, with access to excellent equipment (digital x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, full dental suite, separate dog & cat wards). The role offers a 4-day week, no OOHs, and genuine flexibility to maintain balance.
