Sam is working with a client in Hampshire that is offering a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified Veterinary Surgeon (or experienced) to join their team on either a Permanent basis, or to cover some locum dates in August, October and December.
The Permanent role is full-time working 8.45am-7pm (with one hour lunchbreak) and you will be working alongside a friendly, professional team that include two Veterinary surgeons, one assistant vet, three RVNs, three SVNs, three VCAs, six receptionists and a Practice Administrator.
Our client is able to support New Graduates and less experienced candidates, and these will benefit from approximatively 3 months of shadowing experienced vets and a settling in period allowing gradual introduction of consults and surgical procedure. At least one senior person will be available for support all time.
The surgery is purpose built and fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including Ultrasound with high spec colour flow, ECG, K-Laser, In-house laboratory, digital X-ray facilities including dental, endoscope, Tonopen, blood pressure machine, multi parameter and a fully equipped operating theatre.
There may be a need for sole charge but no out of hours will be required.
The locum dates that require cover are:
Friday 7th July, Friday 14th July, Monday 14th August, Tuesday 15th August, Wednesday 16th August, Thursday 17th August, Friday 18th August, Thursday 24th August, Thursday 31st August, Week 23rd - 27th October, Week 18th - 22nd December, Wednesday 27th December, Thursday 28th December, Friday 30th December
