Are you a Veterinary Surgeon with a special interest in exotic animals? Whether you're working towards a certificate or already hold one, this is an exciting opportunity to join a modern, well-equipped practice with a growing caseload of exotic species.

We’re working with a progressive veterinary practice in Hampshire to find a passionate Vet to help expand their exotic care services, alongside delivering exceptional first-opinion care for companion animals.

💼 The Opportunity

This is a hands-on clinical role within a supportive and collaborative team. You’ll split your time between consulting, surgery and working up diverse cases, including exotics, with opportunities to shape and grow this niche area of care within the practice.

You’ll join a dedicated team of 3 vets, experienced RVNs, and a stellar client care team who pride themselves on offering outstanding service, empathy, and expert treatment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing first-class veterinary care to companion and exotic animals
• Performing clinical examinations and surgeries
• Delivering preventive healthcare services
• Supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge in exotic care
• Working closely with clients to ensure pet wellbeing

🧬 What You’ll Bring

✔ MRCVS-qualified with a minimum of 2 years in practice

✔ A strong interest or certificate in exotic species

✔ Skilled in routine surgeries and diagnostics
