We’re working with a thriving small animal practice that’s currently looking to welcome a new Vet to their collaborative and caring team. Whether you're an experienced Vet ready to settle into a fulfilling role or a confident vet still developing your skill set, this could be your next ideal move.

💼 The Role:

• Full-time position – 40 hours per week
• 4-day working week with a weekend rota (1 in 4 Saturdays & Sundays)
• 3-day weekends included in the rota rotation
• No OOH or on-call work
• A great balance between consults, surgery, and case work-ups

You'll have clinical freedom to see cases through and the support of a skilled, approachable team. There’s a real emphasis here on case continuity, teamwork, and making time for discussion to broaden clinical insight.

🏥 The Practice Environment:

• The practice is a well-equipped, first-opinion small animal clinic with:
• Digital X-ray, in-house lab and diagnostic tools
• Spacious consult rooms
• Supportive management who prioritise wellbeing and professional development
• Onsite parking and great transport links nearby

You'll be part of a supportive team of Vets, Nurses, VCAs and receptionists who genuinely enjoy what they do and work together to maintain a positive, inclusive environment.

🧑‍⚕️ Who We’re Looking For:

• A qualified Veterinary Surgeon with strong clinical and communication skills
• Someone with a collaborative mindset who enjoys working as part of a team
• A Vet who is confident with routine procedures and consults, and keen to develop further
• Open to both experienced clinicians and recent grads (with support readily available)
