An established, well-equipped small animal practice in Hertfordshire is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join its friendly and supportive team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon looking to work in a modern practice that is committed to delivering high standards of patient care, investing in its facilities, and supporting ongoing professional development.
The Practice
The practice is equipped with a wide range of modern diagnostic and surgical equipment, including:
- Brand-new ultrasound system with 4-probe scanning capability
- Digital X-ray
- Dental X-ray
- Doppler and oscillometric blood pressure monitoring
You will also have access to nearby advanced referral facilities offering services such as bronchoscopy and gastroscopy, providing additional support for more complex cases.
The Role
The successful candidate will provide high-quality medical and surgical care while working alongside an experienced and collaborative veterinary team. The role is primarily based at one practice in Hertfordshire, with occasional support required at a nearby branch when needed.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering exceptional patient care during consultations and surgical procedures
Developing tailored treatment plans and communicating effectively with clients
Working collaboratively within a supportive veterinary team
Maintaining the highest standards of patient care, governance, and compliance
Contributing to the ongoing development of colleagues through knowledge sharing and teamwork
