We’re working with a highly respected animal welfare organisation in Hong Kong that is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join its established, well-resourced veterinary team. The Role
This is a busy, rewarding position with a diverse and stimulating caseload, involving both owned and unowned animals.
Varied first-opinion and welfare caseload
Strong focus on soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery
Involvement in large-scale welfare initiatives including adoption programmes, spay/neuter campaigns and assisted veterinary care
Work alongside a multidisciplinary team united by a shared mission to improve animal welfare
Well-structured environment with strong clinical standards and support
The Ideal Vet
Registered Veterinary Surgeon with 5+ years’ post-qualification experience
Confident, capable clinician comfortable managing cases independently
Strong surgical skillset, particularly in soft tissue and orthopaedics
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
A genuine passion for animal welfare and community impact
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

Requirements
Recognised veterinary degree eligible for registration in Hong Kong
Eligible for (or already holding) registration with the Veterinary Surgeons Board of Hong Kong
Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification clinical experience
