Duties:
Tasks may vary from day to day depending on business needs but will include the following:
• Preparing and signing EHCs. This means you’ll have to check the requirements and the certificates’ notes for guidance and current legislation, and you will need to gather the necessary supporting documents. You or Certification Support Officer on your disposal will have to inspect the goods, integrity of the packaging and labelling.
• Sending the appropriate documentation to the agreed timescale and emailing certified copies to all relevant parties.
• Establishing and maintaining productive working relationships with company’s team members and exporter customers.
• Some occasional travel between export locations/clients will be needed.
• Managing Certification Support Officer on your disposal.
Working hours:
40 hours per week.
Monday to Friday.
Occasional early start, late finish or weekend work may be required.
