We are working on a Clinical Director role for our client, to be based at their busy hospital. The role will involve a mixture of management duties and clinical work to meet the needs of the practice.
Salary up to £83,000 FTE DOE
Responsibilities:
** Drive the progression and success of the business, whilst promoting excellent clinical care for patients.
** Lead a team of veterinary surgeons, ensuring clinical standards are met.
** Clinical time can be split between the hospital and branches, where you will have the ability to both consult and perform clinical procedures.
** Work closely, and collaboratively with the Practice Manager to ensure smooth teamwork across the support team, nursing team and vet team.
This opportunity would suit a Vet with previous Clinical Director experience or an Experienced Vet Surgeon looking for the next career step. Although this is a full time position, flexible options can be considered for the right person.
