We’re recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded veterinary practice in Kent, seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their team. This is a brilliant opportunity for a confident vet looking to take on clinical leadership within a supportive and well-equipped environment.
💼 The Role:
- Full-time – 4 days per week
- 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (no full weekends)
- No out-of-hours or on-call
- Clinical leadership with focus on exceptional care and team mentorship
- Collaborate closely with the Practice Manager to drive clinical and commercial success

- Set in a peaceful countryside location
- Long-established with strong local ties since the 1980s
- Fully equipped with:
- Functional theatre
- Digital X-ray
- In-house lab
- Brand-new therapeutic laser

👤 About You:
- RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Minimum 5 years’ UK experience
- Confident with both routine and complex surgery
- Passionate about clinical standards and team development
- Comfortable with occasional sole charge
- Strong understanding of client communication and compliance
