📍 Full-Time | 7 on / 14 off rota | Up to £60,000 Pro Rata | Permanent Role
We’re working with a well-equipped 24-hour hospital in South East England that’s looking for a confident Night Veterinary Surgeon to lead their out-of-hours care. This is a fantastic opportunity for a vet with a passion for emergency and critical care, who’s ready to make a real difference when it matters most—while also enjoying a healthy work-life balance.
🩺 The Role
- Sole charge ECC work (with an experienced night RVN by your side)
- Access to full patient histories via an integrated system
- Purpose-built, well-equipped hospital (digital x-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, in-house lab, large prep area, dedicated theatre)
- Flexible 7 nights on, 14 nights off rota
- Opportunities for career progression, CPD and certificates
🌟 Ideal Candidate
- RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Confident in emergency & critical care work
- Able to lead out-of-hours care and work independently
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Previous night or ECC experience is preferred, but not essential
