An independent small animal practice in West Kent is looking to recruit a permanent Veterinary Surgeon to join the team. The practice is well established with a great local reputation. It is a busy first opinion practice that is well-equipped with ultrasonography, laparoscopy and digital x-ray. This is a permanent full time position working a 4 day week with 2 in 5 Saturday mornings (9am –1pm). OOH emergencies covered by external provider however you will be required to help cover basic in-patient care (late check at 11pm) which is shared fairly across the team once per week. In addition there is an ‘inpatient’ weekend rota of 1 in 5. You will join an experienced team that includes certificate holder and VetGDP advisors, working across 2 sites with exciting development plans in progress. The role is ideally suited to a vet with 2 – 3 years post graduate. On offer is a competitive salary with CPD support and more.
