🕒 Full or Part-Time | Flexible Working
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a recently established, independently owned practice in Kent. The practice has been built around a modern, efficient approach to veterinary care, with a strong focus on client engagement, clinical quality and making sure vets can spend their time where it matters most, with less unnecessary administration. Cutting out the pain points for Veterinary professionals, to improve the workplace and the care the given to their patients, is a company wide focus.
The Role
- Ideally full-time, although flexible working will be considered
- 40-hour contract including breaks, generally worked across 4 longer days, 8:30 - 18:30
- 1:4 Saturdays, 8:30 - 12:30
- Varied first opinion caseload with plenty of opportunity to develop your own clinical interests
- Vets at different stages of their career will be considered
- Must have completed VetGDP
- Opportunity to develop advanced clinical skills, with orthopaedic experience particularly welcomed
- Supportive nursing and reception team
The Practice
Despite only recently opening, the practice has already invested heavily in its facilities and equipment, including:
- Laparoscopic surgical equipment
- Advanced imaging
- Modern clinical facilities
- Processes designed to reduce unnecessary administrative workload
The practice has a deliberately modern approach to veterinary care, with a focus on efficiency and making it easier for clients to access appropriate care.
The group has plans for rapid growth in the coming months and would love to hear from veterinary professionals who feel they could add value to the group, whether in this role or in another capacity. If you're thinking about a career change in the Kent area and want to be part of something special, we'd love to have a confidential chat!
