You will be joining an enthusiastic team of 3 experienced Vets, 5 fantastic RVNs, a VCA, and 4 friendly receptionists who place collaboration, teamwork, and a supportive environment at the heart of everything they do.

📅 Rota & Work-Life Balance:

• Flexibility First: The practice deeply values life outside of work and will collaborate with you to build a full-time or part-time rota that fits your lifestyle—including school hours if needed.
• No OOH: Enjoy your evenings with absolutely no out-of-hours responsibilities.
• Weekends: A manageable 1 in 3 Saturday rotation (9:00am – 6:00pm).
• Salary: Up to £65,000 FTE, highly dependent on your experience.

🩺 Your Clinical Environment & Caseload:

• The Caseload: A highly varied medical and surgical workload, including orthopaedics, typically split between routine surgery and thorough medical work-ups.
• The Facilities: Work with excellent clinical equipment, including an in-house laboratory, ultrasound, digital X-ray (which can be thoughtfully converted into a peaceful, homely euthanasia room when required), and dental X-ray coming very soon.

👤 About You:

• A confident, approachable Small Animal Vet with a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
• A strong communicator who is enthusiastic about animal welfare and maintaining high clinical standards.
• Someone who stays calm under pressure and genuinely enjoys working closely with a collaborative team.
