Are you looking to step into a leadership role at a thriving, community-focused practice?
JR is seeking an ambitious and motivated Lead Veterinary Surgeon to head up our client’s well-established practice. You will play a key role in driving clinical standards, nurturing a close-knit team, and delivering outstanding care to a loyal and growing client base.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape and grow the practice with full support from the regional team as well as alongside a highly experienced vet of 28 years who also offers acupuncture.
Role Accountabilities:
- Deliver exceptional clinical and client care during consultations and procedures
- Provide clear, compassionate updates and tailored treatment plans
- Lead, mentor, and develop your team to their full potential
- Ensure operational, clinical, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with the Practice Manager to drive commercial performance
This is a permanent full time role working 40 hours a week with 1:3 Saturdays and 2 days a week sole charge.
