Emillies client in Lancashire is seeking a SA Vet to join their team on a 12-month fixed term contract (FTC)!
- Salary between £40,000 and £60,000 (DOE).
- Full-time, 12-month FTC.
- Open to discussing flexible working options.
- Work with certificate holding Vets including medicine, dentistry and ECC.
- Some OOHs and on-call
- Vets involved in the OOHs service work a variation of 3, 4 and 5-day weeks throughout the 8-week rolling rota.
- Weekend OOH rota is 1.5 in 8, with generous time off in lieu given.
- You would be on-call approximately 1 night every other week with the following day off.
- OOH telephone answering service, so you won’t be taking calls directly.
- Generous £1700 CPD budget and 5 paid days of per annum (pro rata)
- RCVS memberships and VDS cover will be provided, plus two other subscriptions/memberships.
- 6.6 weeks holiday a year, including Bank Holidays (Pro Rata).
- You will have access to an Employee Assistance Programme
- You are also allowed to take 1 paid day volunteering leave, pro rata.
