To ensure everyone leaves on time and enjoys a fantastic work-life balance, the practice runs 20–30 minute consultations alongside nurse-led consults, with dedicated admin time built into the diary for colleagues every single day.
🧩 Rota & Work-Life Balance:
- Hours: Complete flexibility. There are no fixed rotas or set hours for this role—the team is completely open to discussing exactly what you would like your working week to look like.
- Weekends: A highly manageable 1 in 5 Saturday rotation (09:00 to 15:00) alongside your weekly hours.
- Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum (Full-Time Equivalent), fully dependent on the level of experience you bring to the team.
🩺 The Team & Clinical Environment:
- The Team Structure: You will be complementing a fantastic and large support team consisting of 5 vets, 8 RVN's, 5 receptionists, and 3 VCA’s.
- Highly Skilled Nursing Support: The amazing nursing team is highly motivated, evidence-based, and focused on clinical auditing. The team boasts 3 advanced diploma nurses, a Nursing Certificate holder in Anaesthesia, an ECC qualification holder, and an ISFM Feline Nurse.
- Clinical Development: The practice has the caseload to fully support your personal and clinical development. You are openly encouraged to explore your own caseloads, fully assisted by a generous Continuing Professional Development (CPD) allowance.
