We are recruiting for an exceptional Part-Time Night Veterinary Surgeon to join a state-of-the-art 24-Hour Hospital in Leicestershire. The Unique Rota: Maximum Time Off
- Schedule: Weekend Night Cover only: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday nights.
- Pattern: 3 shifts worked every 25 days (a total of just 39 shifts per year).
- Hours: 7:00 PM – 9:00 AM (including a paid 1-hour break).
- Result: This incredible pattern ensures you have over three weeks completely free after every rotation!
The Role: Sole-Charge ECC Challenge
This is a sole-charge ECC role, ideal for an experienced RCVS registered Veterinary Surgeon who is a confident all-rounder and thrives on autonomy.
- Focus: Handling a wide range of emergency procedures and providing high-quality out-of-hours care. A solid background in both surgical and medical ECC work is essential.
- Hospital: Work in a recently opened, modern facility equipped with top-tier technology, including orthopaedic kit, brand-new ultrasound, digital and dental X-ray suites, endoscopy, and a tonometer.
- Impact: You will gain valuable exposure, high autonomy, and the chance to mentor the supporting team.
