Are you an experienced veterinary professional ready to take the next step in your career? This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and motivated vet to lead a talented, multi-disciplinary team within a thriving hospital environment.
Full-time, 4-day week with 1 in 4 Saturdays
The Role
This position combines leadership with hands-on clinical work, with approximately 80% of your time spent in practice and 20% dedicated to management responsibilities.
You’ll be based at a single, well-equipped hospital site, allowing you to focus on consistency of care and team collaboration.

About You
- At least 8+ years’ experience in small animal practice
- Proven leadership ability and an interest in team development
- Confident across all aspects of general practice
