About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Veterinary Surgeon to deliver exceptional clinical care in a thriving, multi-vet practice. The role offers the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art facilities, including:
✔ 3 consultation rooms
✔ Double surgical theatre
✔ Dedicated dental suite
✔ Digital x-ray room
✔ Separate dog and cat isolation areas
This role is available on a full-time basis (4 weekdays per week with a fair weekend rota), but part-time applicants will also be considered. If you are relocating from outside the UK or more than 60 miles away, a relocation package is available.

Key Responsibilities:
🐾 Provide exceptional clinical care to patients through consultations and procedures
🐾 Deliver outstanding client service, keeping owners informed and supported
🐾 Work to the highest professional standards, ensuring regulatory and practice compliance
🐾 Develop accurate treatment and care plans with clear cost estimates
🐾 Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a positive and collaborative environment
🐾 Ensure effective clinical handovers and patient transfers for enhanced care
🐾 Share clinical best practice within the team and across the wider veterinary community
What We’re Looking For:
✔ RCVS Registered Veterinary Surgeon
✔ Certificate Holder in Medicine, Surgery, or Diagnostic Imaging (or working towards one)
✔ Passion for patient care and a commitment to clinical excellence
✔ Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and supporting a team
✔ Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary practice
✔ Proactive mindset to enhance clinical standards and patient outcomes
