Are you an ambitious Clinical Leader looking to head up a state-of-the-art, custom-designed clinic?
We are recruiting for a Head Veterinary Surgeon to lead a beautifully designed, ergonomically optimised practice in Lincolnshire. The clinic boasts an incredibly loyal client base where over 40% of clients are on a Pet Health Plan, making it seamless to deliver gold-standard care, perform full case work-ups, and treat root causes.
Having experienced a period of transition, the practice has successfully rebuilt its foundations. You will lead a highly skilled and energised nursing team—including a highly experienced Head Nurse and 4 RVNs passionate about Schedule 3 procedures (orthopaedics, complex soft tissue, stage 1 dentals, X-rays, and nurse clinics)—supported by a stable, dedicated front-of-house team.
With temporary leadership currently injecting fantastic energy and ambition back into the clinic, we are now looking for a permanent Head Vet to take the reins and drive this flourishing practice forward.
📅 Rota & Requirements:
- Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years of UK clinical experience (or have worked in South Africa, New Zealand, the US, or Australia).
- The Role: You will provide clinical leadership, drive standards, and work alongside an experienced permanent GP Vet.
- Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship is fully funded for eligible candidates.
💰 The Package:
- Basic Salary: From £80,000 per annum (uncapped and reviewed twice a year).
- Guaranteed Recognition: £1,000 per quarter guaranteed for the first two quarters.
- Relocation Allowance: £5,000 (payable after a 12-week review).
- Golden Hello: £5,000 (payable after a 5-month probation).
- Retention Bonus: £5,000 "Golden Thank You" (payable after 18 months).
