Option 1: Head Veterinary Surgeon

• Salary: £75,000 – £90,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)
• Hours: 4 days per week | 1:4 Weekends | No OOH (On-call for overnight inpatients only when required)
• The Role: As Head Vet, you will join the practice management team, taking the lead on clinical excellence, team development, and delivering gold-standard, evidence-based care. You will act as a mentor and coach to your colleagues, helping to shape the future of the practice and raise clinical standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• A highly experienced Veterinarian with strong clinical expertise and natural leadership qualities.
• An individual capable of inspiring, coaching, and operating at a strategic level.
• A passion for continuous improvement and team mentorship.

Option 2: Veterinary Surgeon

• Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 per annum (Depending on Experience)
• Hours: 4 days per week | 1:4 Weekends | No OOH
• The Role: Perfect for an experienced practitioner looking to work in a modern, light, and spacious environment. You will work alongside a talented team with a broad range of specialties, focus on preventative services, and deliver outstanding general practice care to sick and injured pets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Ideally 3 years+ of general practice experience with strong clinical skills.
• A natural communicator who thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment.
• A genuine dedication to long-term pet wellbeing and empathetic patient care.
