Are you an experienced Vet looking for a practice where you can actually practice "gold-standard" medicine with superb clinical support?
We are helping a modern, state-of-the-art clinic in Lincolnshire recruit experienced Veterinary Surgeons (3+ years qualified) to complete their permanent team. Designed with the patient journey and ergonomics in mind, this practice is a beautiful place to work and serves an incredibly loyal local client base (with over 40% on a Pet Health Plan), allowing you to run thorough case work-ups and focus on preventative care.
You will be joining a highly supportive and completely rebuilt team. The practice is backed by an exceptional nursing team consisting of an experienced Head Nurse and 4 RVNs who confidently handle Schedule 3 work (complex soft tissue, orthopaedics, X-rays, and stage 1 dentals), alongside a permanent, highly respected GP Vet. With visiting vets currently bringing in expertise in surgery, ophthalmology, imaging, internal medicine, and cardiology, this is a fantastic, collaborative environment to develop your own areas of clinical interest.
📅 Rota & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years qualified. You must have at least 12 months of UK practice experience, unless moving directly from South Africa, New Zealand, the US, or Australia.
- The Fit: Ideally, you will have a strong clinical interest in a particular area that you want to develop.
- Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship is fully funded.
💰 The Package:
- Basic Salary: From £60,000 per annum (uncapped and reviewed twice a year).
- Guaranteed Recognition: £1,000 per quarter guaranteed for the first two quarters.
- Relocation Allowance: £5,000 (payable after a 12-week review).
- Welcome Bonus: £5,000 (payable after a 5-month probation).
- Retention Bonus: £5,000 Loyalty Bonus (payable after 18 months).
