I have another great role this week working with a growing, independent mixed practice set in the beautiful Lincolnshire area, looking for a dedicated ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ๐บ & ๐๐พ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฒ ๐ฉ๐ฒ๐ to join their lovely team.
This is a rare opportunity to join a practice that truly puts its people first, founded and run by a vet who understands the demands of the job and has built a culture around work-life balance and professional support.
- Full-time hours: 4 days a week, 9amโ5.30pm
- On-call: 1 weekday night per week + 1 weekend per month
- Approx. 60:40 split equine:farm (beef, sheep, and smallholders)
They are ideally looking for someone with 2+ yearsโ experience whoโs confident with sole charge emergencies, but they are also happy to consider someone with less experience if you are eager to learn and passionate about large animal care.
- Salary ยฃ40โ55k depending on experience
- Excellent kit and diary management
- Flexible scheduling
- RCVS, VDS & BEVA fees paid
- CPD budget + paid days
- Opportunities to lead client evenings (with bonus pay!)
