We have an exciting opportunity for a confident and forward-thinking Head Veterinary Surgeon to become an integral part of our client’s expanding small animal practice in North Lincolnshire. If you’re passionate about helping to shape the future of a growing business and bringing fresh ideas to life, this role is for you.
You’ll be stepping into a leadership position at a thriving, community-based practice with a supportive and friendly team. The team currently consists of 1 vet (studying for a certificate in advanced surgery), 3 RVNs, 1 SVN, 1 VCA, 2 Client Care Advisors, and a Practice Manager. Your ideas, skills, and leadership will play a key role in the continued growth of the practice.
With a diverse caseload and fully modern facilities, this is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your clinical expertise in both routine and complex cases. You’ll also have the opportunity to pursue your specific areas of interest, with a generous CPD allowance and full support for certification.

Your Skills: We’re looking for someone who is confident in routine surgical and medical cases, comfortable with sole charge, and excited to lead a dynamic team. An interest in surgery is a plus, but not essential.
