With five consult rooms, separate cat and dog wards, and a full suite of diagnostics (including ultrasound, digital x-ray, ECG, and in-house lab), it’s primed for clinical excellence. The team includes experienced vets, RVNs, and students—making it a true training and progression hub.
Currently expanding services, this site is set to become a 24-hour centre in the region, meaning your impact and leadership will shape its exciting future.
👩⚕️ What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead by example in delivering high-quality veterinary care to patients and exceptional service to clients
- Support and mentor clinical team members—building confidence, skills, and career satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with the Practice Manager to drive strong clinical and commercial performance
- Take ownership of your consults, surgical cases, and continuity of care
- Maintain excellent clinical standards in line with regulatory and professional expectations
- Act as a clinical role model and contribute to a thriving, supportive workplace culture
- Encourage knowledge-sharing and innovation across your team and the wider network
💼 The Essentials
- RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon
- Strong experience in first-opinion or hospital practice
- Comfortable with sole charge when needed
- Experience leading or mentoring veterinary teams (or a clear ambition to step up)
- Clinically focused, but commercially aware
- Passionate about people, pets, and progress
