Our client is offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced vet looking to step into a leadership position while maintaining a hands-on clinical role.
This is a large practice with 3 consultation rooms, double surgical theatre, dental suite, digital x-ray room, prep area, and separated isolation rooms for dogs and cats. Situated in a bustling town with local amenities including restaurants, shopping centers, and recreational activities. The surrounding area includes the Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and nearby coastal attractions. This location is ideal for those who appreciate a mix of town life and countryside access, with plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities and exploring local history and culture.
The successful candidate will be responsible for and required to
- Lead consultations, procedures, and patient care with the highest clinical standards.
- Provide clear, compassionate communication with clients, including managing expectations around estimates and payments.
- Inspire, mentor, and enhance the skills of your veterinary team, while fostering a progressive clinical culture.
- Manage clinical handovers, ensure smooth patient transfers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This role is particularly suited for a veterinary surgeon looking to combine clinical leadership with hands-on practice in a well-equipped facility, while working alongside a supportive and growth-focused team.
This is a permanent, full-time role, however, our client will consider a part-time role for the right candidate, so please do let us know your preferences.
