Our client is a long-standing independent small animal practice serving its local community with a loyal client base and a genuinely supportive team. Situated in a quiet part of Lincolnshire, the practice has built its reputation on approachable, honest veterinary care, without the pressures that often come with larger corporate environments.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday 9am–6pm, with no weekends, no bank holidays and no OOH. You’ll have the space to work independently, focus on your patients, and enjoy a consistent routine.
The role involves sole charge, making it best suited to a confident small animal vet who’s comfortable managing a typical caseload. Day-to-day work includes first opinion consults and routine surgeries, with the occasional more advanced procedure such as eye removals, orthopaedics or c-sections — nothing out of the ordinary.
What’s on offer:
- Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 DOE
- Bonus scheme and possible profit share for the right candidate
- Monday to Friday only (9am–6pm)
