This well-equipped, large practice offers state-of-the-art facilities including 3 consultation rooms, double surgical theatre, dental suite, digital x-ray room, prep area and separate dog and cat isolation rooms. Located in a town vibrant with restaurants, cinemas, shopping parks, and various activities and in proximity to the Lincolnshire Wolds, a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, provides ample opportunities for countryside walks and exploring quaint market villages.
The successful candidate will be responsible for and required to
- Provide exceptional clinical care during consultations and procedures.
- Develop and implement tailored treatment and care plans with clear cost estimates.
- Complete clinical handovers and arrange transfers for patients needing out-of-hours or enhanced care.
- Deliver clear and compassionate communication with clients, keeping them informed about their pets' status.
- Mentor and develop your team, enhancing their skills and effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The is a permanent, full-time role. However, our client can be flexible and will consider a part-time role for the right candidate, so please do let us know your preferences.
This role offers a salary up to £72,000 DOE and a range of benefits including
