We’re recruiting on behalf of our client in Liverpool for a Head Vet to lead a talented team within a modern, purpose-built practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of clinical standards, guide a motivated team, and help shape the future direction of the practice.
The Role:
As Head Vet, you’ll be a key part of the leadership team, driving continuous improvement in clinical standards and mentoring colleagues to achieve excellence. You’ll also have the chance to influence strategy, inspire others, and ensure evidence-based, gold-standard care is delivered every day.
About You:
- An experienced Veterinary Surgeon with strong clinical expertise
- Comfortable in a leadership role and confident in decision-making
- A supportive coach and mentor for colleagues at all levels
- Passionate about delivering exceptional standards of patient and client care
