My client is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Lead Veterinary Surgeon to take on a pivotal leadership role at a practice in North London. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the clinical direction of the practice!
As the Lead Veterinary Surgeon, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and quality within the practice. You will also play a key role in driving team performance, engagement, and the continued growth of the practice. Your leadership will inspire a progressive and innovative clinical environment, where both your team and patients can thrive.
This role is perfect for a veterinary professional who is ready to take on greater responsibility and enjoys the autonomy and clinical freedom to make impactful decisions. My client is looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a UK small animal practice (or equivalent) who is confident in sole charge and possesses strong clinical judgement.
The successful candidate will have a client-focused approach, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards in both medical and surgical care. You will have the opportunity to lead a small, friendly team, supported by our RVN and SVN, and make a significant contribution to the ongoing success and development of the practice.
