Brand new purpose-built clinic. State of the art tech. A team that puts people and animals first.
If You Need Space To Do Your Best Work Again
If you are feeling stretched thin by environments that move too fast, support too little, or leave you without the time to practice the medicine you know you are capable of, this role might feel like a breath of fresh air.
The Opportunity
We are working with a brand new, purpose-built small animal clinic in Mill Hill, that has set out to do things differently from day one. Thoughtfully designed spaces, bespoke technology, and a calm, modern layout make it a place where both vets and clients feel genuinely cared for.
They are looking for a Veterinary Surgeon who wants more than a job slot to fill. Someone who enjoys working collaboratively, values communication as much as clinical skill, and thrives when given the room to deliver thoughtful, high quality care. In a clinic that is still growing, your voice will matter. Your ideas will shape how things are done, and your strengths will be recognised rather than overlooked.
Success here looks like having the time and tools to work cases properly, leaning on a skilled nursing team, and feeling part of a mission driven environment, where everyone is pulling in the same direction.
Why This Role Is Different
A clinic built with intention
A brand new, purpose-built site with modern consulting rooms, advanced diagnostics, and thoughtfully designed workflow that supports calm, efficient clinical days.
A clear commitment to clinical excellence
You will have access to high quality equipment and the space to carry out a wide range of surgical and medical procedures with confidence.
A people first culture
This is a place where genuine collaboration matters. You will be working alongside experienced veterinary professionals who value kindness, communication, and shared problem solving.
Continuous growth built into the model
Regular training, active support for professional development, and a leadership team that encourages you to pursue your clinical interests.
A lifestyle that feels sustainable
Twenty five days of annual leave, plus your birthday off, regular social events, and an environment that prioritises wellbeing as part of the job, not an afterthought.
Your Journey Here
In Your First Month:
You will settle into the new clinic, get comfortable with the workflows and technology, meet the clients who are already joining the practice, and build relationships with the team.
In Your First 3 Months:
You will be confidently managing cases, performing a range of surgical procedures, and contributing to how the clinic refines its day to day systems as it continues to grow.
In Your First 6 Months:
You will be an integral part of the clinical team, shaping the development of the service, expanding your surgical caseload, and pursuing any areas of special interest with active support.
