GVC are supporting a highly respected small animal practice on the SE London/Kent border, they are seeking a Senior Veterinary Surgeon to join their brilliant and humble team. With varied, interesting cases and clinical freedom this role is perfect for a vet ready to take the next step in their career.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing a varied caseload of medical and surgical cases
Leading and supporting junior vets, RVNs, students, and support staff
Providing calm, empathetic client care with honesty and transparency
Enjoying genuine clinical freedom in decision-making
Working collaboratively within a supportive, close-knit team
What We’re Looking For
MRCVS with 3+ years’ UK practice experience
Confident in routine and non-routine surgery
Natural leader with a passion for mentoring others
Calm, pragmatic, and focused on patient-first care
Team player who values collaboration over competition
