Looking for clinical challenge and a supportive team? This independent small animal practice is seeking a Senior Veterinary Surgeon to join their close-knit, humble but brilliant team. With clinical freedom, varied caseloads, and genuine support, this is the perfect next step for an experienced vet who wants to make a real difference.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing a varied caseload of first-opinion small animal work
Taking on complex medical cases and surgeries with support from certificate holders
Guiding and supporting junior vets, RVNs, and student nurses
Building strong client relationships based on honesty and transparency
Contributing to a collaborative, supportive team culture
What They’re Looking For
3+ years’ post-qualification experience in both routine and non-routine surgery
A confident clinician who can manage cases independently with support available
A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and developing colleagues
Calm under pressure with strong client communication skills
A team player with passion for high-quality patient care and no ego
