The Practice
The practice offers on-site parking and excellent transport links, with great access to surrounding cities and wider UK connections. The team fosters a collaborative, inclusive work environment where individuals’ areas of special interest are supported, and everyone is encouraged to grow professionally.
The practice is well staffed, with a dynamic team of 5 vets, 6 RVNs, and 8 support staff as well as a Practice Manager. Strong communication, daily huddles, and a collaborative approach underpin the supportive culture.
The caseload is wide-ranging across both medicine and surgery, with opportunities to manage more advanced cases in-house. Facilities include digital x-ray, endoscopy, ultrasound, in-house laboratory, and comprehensive surgical and orthopaedic equipment. The team benefits from the guidance of a certificate holder in surgery, providing opportunities for surgical development alongside varied medical cases.

Salary up to £70,000 (dependent on experience & FTE)
Full-time four-day week with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (9–12pm)
