This independent practice isn’t about buzzwords or box-ticking. The Role & Clinical Mix
The practice is looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon (5+ years qualified) who is a good, all-round GP with a surgical bias, ready to settle somewhere long-term and become part of the family.
This three-day role gives you a proper balance without cutting corners on clinical work, with a genuine aim to have you out the door on time at the end of the day. Your daily clinical mix will look like this:
- Morning to Mid-Afternoon: Dedicated surgery time.
- 4:00pm – 6:15pm: Afternoon consultations.
You will be working alongside two other experienced vets, fully supported by modern on-site kit (including X-ray, ultrasound, and an in-house lab), with visiting specialists brought in when needed. Most importantly, you will be given the time and space to practise good medicine.

- Salary of £75,000 (pro-rated)
