Global Vet Careers are working with an Independent, hospital-based practice in Manchester who are searching for a dedicated vet to join a friendly, supportive team with exceptional facilities.
An independent, family-run practice offering high-quality first opinion services within a well-equipped referral hospital environment. With RCVS hospital status and multiple awards, we’re committed to delivering exceptional care and accessible treatment for our clients and their pets.
Facilities include in-house MRI, CT, colour Doppler ultrasound, video endoscopy, a digital X-ray suite, and three theatres, all conveniently located on one level. Alongside the technology, we’re proud of our welcoming and collaborative culture, where every team member is valued and supported.
This practice continues to grow, they are looking for a compassionate and motivated Veterinary Surgeon to join their talented team. You’ll be working alongside 8 vets, 14 RVNs, and 4 receptionists, all dedicated to excellent patient care and client communication.
This role is ideal for someone who:
- Communicates clearly and builds strong client relationships
- Delivers a high standard of clinical care
- Enjoys consulting and developing skills in surgery and imaging
- Values access to referral-level facilities while managing first opinion cases
- Thrives in a collaborative environment with the freedom to share ideas and innovate
- Appreciates protected admin time and flexibility in diary management
- With certificate holders in surgery, dermatology, and imaging, you’ll have expert support and opportunities to work up cases in-house, encouraging ongoing learning and professional development.
