Senior Vet Nurse Required to join the Supportive team at a Well Established, RCVS Accredited Small Animal Practice in Manchester. The role will play a key role in collaboration with the Senior Management Team, looking after the smooth running and operations of the practice. The practice has 4 sites and 14 Vets – the role will involve but not limited to;
- Encouraging others when they are out of their comfort zone looking after their development and acting as clinical coach.
- Drive clinical excellence and exceptional client experience.
- Maintain and promote good working practices., improving efficiencies and standards across the practice.
- Display commercial acumen and solid knowledge of Veterinary business.
- Resolve simple customer complaints.
- Display the desire to grow, learn and improve management skills.
- Play an active role in developing the practice and nursing clinics.
The role is 40 hours per week, however flexible hours can be discussed for the right candidate between 35- 40 hours. Predominantly based at one practice with some branch work to oversee clinics in other sites. Competitive salary, CPD plus more benefits.
