Under the guidance of a supportive and motivated leadership team, my client has been diligently expanding its exceptional team since 2023. Now, they are seeking additional Veterinary Surgeons to bolster their ranks. Whether you prefer working across both clinics or focusing on one site, my client is flexible to accommodate your preference. Expect a diverse caseload encompassing consultations and surgical procedures, with the freedom to tailor your workload to your strengths and interests. Ideally, applicants should possess a minimum of two years' experience in practice.
At my client's practice, they understand the importance of achieving a healthy work-life balance. Offering highly flexible working options, including customizable rota patterns and working hours, they ensure that you can strike the perfect equilibrium between personal and professional commitments. Full-time positions typically involve 35 hours per week, with various scheduling options available to suit your needs. Weekend responsibilities are shared on a 1:3 Saturday morning rota, with no out-of-hours duties as emergencies are covered by Vets Now.
